theyea asked: that photo of the beach.. did you underexpose it on purpose? why's it so dark? what's the point of the photo?

when i took the photo it was really cloudy/overcast out and then i raised the contrast a bit afterwards. thats why its so dark.. there isn’t really a point in the photo. its at the beach at the end of my street. i had to photograph the area for a city branding project in my thesis class.
